We did a huge renovation which included a new addition of a garage and an unheated but insulated room above. Since the renovation, now 9 years ago, there has always been a smallish leak whenever we had a warm up/thaw and every spring time.
Since the renovation, we've spent over $2,000. with other roofers to investigate this leaking (from the peak of the roof, primarily) with no success.
No one can figure this one out. I hope you can help us here.
thanks,
Nancy

Feel free to send me photos of the roof and the areas of concern and I will do my best to provide input. Also, if you let me know where you are located, I may have some contractor suggestions for you. My email is [email protected]

I think I may have sent you 2 photos, inside and out. Not really sure of what kind of photos you are looking for.
We are in Western Massachusetts, in the Berkshires.
Again, thanks.

For some reason, your images are not loading. Please feel free to email me. [email protected] I am unclear as to whether your situation is a leak or condensation. Perhaps you do not know either. Is snow involved when you get the water inside? If you think it's condensation, I really need to know all the layers of the roof assembly as well as details on any ventilation you have. I'd also be happy to talk this through with you. My number is 937-773-9840 ext 201
