Robin has been in the metal roofing industry since 1986, when as a third-generation metal worker, he started in custom manufacturing, pushing the assist side of a ten-foot Chicago brake with his grandfather. Through years of hard work and learning, Robin graduated into managing installation crews, estimating and eventually ownership of the company that his grandfather had started in 1949. Working with different manufacturers of metal roofing provided learning opportunities of manufacturing, codes and standards, as well as installing manual writing and product testing. Later joining Gerard Roofing Technologies as Installation Trainer, Robin was hired to educate existing and new contractors in the benefits of using and the techniques of installing stone coated steel roofing. Through many mergers and acquisitions, Robin is now the Technical Services Manager for Unified Steel / Westlake, a manufacturer of stone-coated steel roofing. Robin is responsible for code compliance, new product testing and product development, as well as working with the Training, Quality Control, Marketing, Claims, Engineering and Sales Departments to help provide a “real world” experience for bettering customer relations with architects, engineers, contractors, installers and homeowners.

Philippe Laplante graduated with honors from the University of Ottawa in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. Philippe was practically born into the steel roofing industries, engaging in family discussions about metal roofing at a very young age. He then followed in his father and uncle’s footsteps, owners of Ideal Roofing, by joining their team. Ideal Roofing is a family owned company that started in 1929 and is currently the leader and biggest independent steel roofing manufacturer in Canada. Philippe started his role with Ideal Roofing as a helper in the manufacturing plant learning all products and components of metal roofing, gradually working his way up to operator. He has gained knowledge in multiple departments within the company from manufacturing and purchasing to finally moving into sales. His current role is Director of Sales for residential products. Philippe has taken a very active role in helping his staff educate customers, roofers and home owners on why someone should invest in a metal roof. Philippe also participates in various metal roofing industry associations as a member of the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA), Canadian Sheet Steel Building Institute (CSSBI), and Metal Service Center Institute (MSCI).

Todd has served as President of Isaiah Industries, one of the country's leading metal roofing manufacturers, since 1996. Before that, he served for 15 years in various marketing-related roles at the company. Under Todd's leadership, Isaiah Industries has taken an active role in educating homeowners across North America about the many advantages of metal roofing. Todd participates in various metal roofing industry associations, and is a Board Member of the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA) and Metal Construction Association (MCA).

Brian is a 20-year veteran of the metal construction industry and has been with Drexel Metals from its early days. Brian is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Metal Construction Association. He chairs the Statistics Committee, co-chairs the Codes and Standards Committee and sits on multiple task groups. Brian is also a member of the Cool Metal Roof Coalition, sits on the Industry Advisory Board for the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) as well as the CEO Advisory Council for the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Brian has published and contributed to numerous technical trade-articles/white papers relating to metal building products, and presents nationally, internationally and regionally about sustainable design and the use of metal to reduce heat gain for industrial, commercial and residential structures. Brian invented the Drexmet® Paint Pen in 2001, an air dry Kynar touch up system, which today is the preferred touch up method of the industry.

Renee Ramey is the Executive Director of the Metal Roofing Alliance. In her role, Renee is responsible for the daily management of the MRA's ongoing marketing programs aimed at to increasing metal roofing's residential market share. Renee brings more than twenty years of marketing and management experience to the MRA. She has performed a variety of roles within the metals industry, from marketing and sales to HR and accounting to order and project management. Renee is a LEED certified associate and is also active in numerous industry organizations.

Marco Sieber is currently the National Product Manager for Polyglass USA. In this role, he is responsible for managing the development and strategic planning of products in the roofing category. Marco has over 15 years of experience in the commercial & residential roofing and construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, as well as an MBA he completed in 2011 while overseas in Argentina. Marco has held several key Technical and Sales positions with commercial and residential roofing manufacturers, including the Latin America, Middle East, and North American markets.

Philip has been with US Steel as metallurgical engineer since 2003. During his time there he has worked in Quality Assurance through steel-making, rolling, and finishing operations. Since 2015 he has served in the Customer Technical Service group to assist customers using steel in specialized construction applications. In 2019 Philip was elected as technical representative for US Steel to InterZAC, the governing body for licensed GALVALUME worldwide. Currently Philip is focusing on helping customers find new and innovative applications for steel usage in the construction, energy, service sectors.

Ben started in the roofing industry working summers as ground clean-up for his father’s roofing company at age 12. Over the years working his dad, Wildasin installed all types of roofing including metal panel systems. After college he stayed with the family business and helped run it until 2010 when he left to become an outside sale rep for Beacon Roofing Supply in York, PA. In 2012 Wildasin left Beacon to work for PAC Clad as a territory sale rep for eastern PA and NJ. In 2017, he was promoted to Sales/Technical Manager and moved to Phoenix, AZ to work at PAC Clad’s new manufacturing facility for the western US. In 2019, Wildasin moved back east to central VA and resumed a technical sales role with PAC Clad. In 2022, he made the transition to a full technical role with Carlisle Architectural Metals, the parent company of PAC Clad.
