We just enclosed our deck with a 3 season room. The roof is metal but they put a condensation barrier on with the plastic to the metal side and insulation to the room side. We added more insulation under that.
Is this going to cause a trapping of fluid between the plastic and metal? The blanket edges are also not stuck to each other well, I could see the metal roof at the seams in spots. So I'm worried about dripping or leaking from condensation.
Any input would be appreciated.

As you're aware, this is not a typical residential metal roof installation.
The concern with condensation is when warm moist air typically originating inside the structure reaches a cool surface as it tries to drive out of the structure.
I am not sure what they installed as a "condensation barrier". Was it something basically like a sheet of polyethylene?
Would there be a way to now add a sheet of polyethylene to the bottom of your insulation, preventing moisture from migrating into the insulation? If you could do that, I'd feel good about what you have.
