Hello,
I got a home inspection on an older home yesterday and there is concern the roof was installed incorrectly. Can you tell me if this was a poor install?

Although the images are a little difficult to see everything, there are metal shingle manufacturer's who's valley detail is to have a valley pan below, then the shingle is installed, and a "Valley Cover" be installed to conceal the shingle cuts. This appears to be that sort of detail.
