We have a "Conch" metal roof (galvanized metal). A few of the shingles have lifted called "shadowing" down here. Can these individual shingles be replaced or does the entire are be replaced?

I am not familiar with the "conch" term but I think you are referring to the old metal shingles, many of which were installed back in the early 1900s after the big fire in Key West.
The problem can be caused by excessive foot traffic or perhaps by external damage of another sort or perhaps by a combination of wind, fastener age, and structure movement.
This type of shingle is hard to replace just a few, due to the way in which they interlock and overlap. Additionally, you may have problems finding a suitable match.

It really is possible that it is time for a new roof, and perhaps some lumber repair, if yours is indeed from the early 1900s.

We have additional shingles (about 50). The home was built in 1993, but we are unaware of the quality of the construction. We will attempt to get some pictures which accurately show the damage.
