We have a problem with our 4 year Duraloc metal roof in that the finish has eroded on many areas. At our request, a Durloc rep looked at the home and has offered limited remedy to a costly problem. The product was purchased with an excellent warranty on paper, but not in reality so far. I do understand that another company has taken over the warranty work but we need advice on how to persue this properly!

I am not sure what to tell you other than to keep going up the chain of command within the new DuraLoc organization and letting them know you are not happy with what they have presented you.
