I am purchasing a Florida Cracker style house with a Hip Metal Roof that has no horizontal ridges and meets in the center of the home at a cupola that is all Interior high ceiling.
When we had a wind mitigation inspection, the attic space must of been at 130 degrees. Our inspector immediately suggested ventilation. I don't think there are any soffit vents and no other vents are visible. Is there anything we can do to promote attic ventilation.
Thanks,
DC
