I have a 15 yr. old standing seam metal roof that rust blisters coming through it and rust at the end of the panels where it was crimped. I have called the company and they tested the roof and says it is not warranty and told me it would cost $19,000 for them to repair. I am checking with other roof painters, but have heard that it is difficult to paint over the Kynar/Hylar fluoropolymer coating. Looking for your recommendation the best way for my roof to be repaired.
