What is the best way to seal screws that have penetrated a stone coated steel roof system. Can you use sheet metal screws to penetrate the stone coated steel roof?
How well would a polyurethane sealer such as Vulkem work bonding to the stone coated steel roof system?

I would contact the manufacturer of the product and get their recommendation. As a manufacturer of theses types of products we have tested and supply screws for our systems that self seal.
I can tell you that the acrylics used by most manufacturers in the coating process are similar and we recommend a butyl based two part sealant.
