I have copper roofs on my dormers and the "bleed" from the copper has produced ugly stains on the lower stucco ... how do I prevent this? Can't imagine I have to repaint every year??!!

This is a reality of copper ... about all you can do is try to re-dircet the run-off water to other areas. Whoever applied the copper should have some suggetsions for this.
