Is there any advantage or disadvantage to having a flat/satin finish over the typical gloss finish metal roof. I am looking at a medium gray in color. Thanks.

If we were talking about interior wall paints, I would tell you that a Semi-Gloss is more durable than a flat.
I don't know if that translates into the acrylic/enamel roof finishes as well.
A matte finish will certainly look more like the day it was put on when compared to a gloss roof.
