I AM BUILDING A NEW HOME IN THE PHOENIX ARIZONA AREA. I WOULD LIKE INFO IF A METAL ROOF IS OK TO USE IN THAT CLIMATE? I HAVE ALSO SEEN METAL ROOFS WITH A TYPE OF ROUGH STONE FINISH.
