We have a 14 year old kynar coated metal roof and some of the screws have backed out creating leaks on our screened porch. I can't see the rest of the house without going up the mountain and using binoculars but I have to assume the heated part of the house has the same problems. The roofer I contacted wanted to replace all the screws with larger ones...my question to him was 'Is this going to happen again?' He couldn't give me an answer.
