I have an older RV with a rubber roof. I am wanting to use one sheet of aluminum to put over it. Can I roll it out over the rubber and attach it along the sides? I figure the air conditioners and vents will hold it down in the center.

I am not intimately familiar with RV roofs, however, I don't see a problem with it if you preparation is correct.
You would need to contact the roofing manufacturer to get their feedback and recommended procedures.
They are the persons that would give the final yes or no.
