I am having a metal roof installed and have many concerns with the techniques being used by the roofers. Rather than reinvent the wheel, if you could refer to this thread on another forum: http://www.diychatroom.com/f9/metal-roof-questions-89969/ There's more to the saga, but I thought I'd start with this and see where your expert opinions lie. The fabricator refuse to talk with me unless the contractor gives him permission to do so. I'm working with the contractor now to get the information on this, but I'm not holding my breath.
