I did a search on google and can not find a guillotine cutter for metal panels. I am sure I can not afford one for a DIY project but was still wanting to price them and see if maybe there was a chinese cheap version. My thinking was that if I could find one reasonable I would be able to sell it when I was done and get back most of my investment.
I did find one at an auction that sold for $30 but it was a different panel than what I have. It was very old. I held up a new piece of metal like I have to it and it wasn't even close. The ribs were closer together and it was only about 30" wide.

Swenson Shear is one of the larger manufacturers.
You may wish to try tin snips or power shears instead, or see if the manufacturer or supplier of the roofing can rent or loan you a guillotine. If not, then shame on them for selling materials to a DIYer, I say!
