My boyfriend and I are looking to have a turret as part of our new construction home.
We were wondering about the aluminum and steel options that are painted to look like copper as well as actual copper ones.
The shape of the roof will be a cone or single siding pieces that create a cone when installed.
How does this roof (steel, aluminum, and copper) stand up in florida weather... high humidity, heat, strong sun, rain.
thank you

Metal roofing does very well in your climate. There may be reason to look at non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper) if you're very near the coast.
The cone may present a challenge for some products. If you use this site to find products you like and then contact the manufacturers, they can help you figure things out.
