I have a low pitched roof, 12 to 3 on the main part and 12 to 1 on a recent addition. I have a metal roof over plywood and paper. I have major condensation issues over vairous parts of the house. How can I reduce the codensation. What do I need to do? I have been told that raising the metal panels on a 1x4 grid would help air flow. Would this potentially fix my problem?

Over deck venting would help and potentially eliminate the source of the problem.
It is going to be nearly impossible to retrofit a 1:12 roof line. The 3:12 should be looked at in more depth and there are some potentials for repairs that heat loss to help eliminate the issue and make the home more comfortable at the same time.
