Hi!
It's just raining - again - and the roof is leaking - again :(( . Went up in attic and took pictures of the problem. They are here:

The wet area is where the chimney meets the roof. What can be done for the flashing? Roofer went up and caulked around chimney, but it didn't help. What should we do to address the problem most effectively?
Thanks so much!!!

Btw, am I in a wrong forum? Our roof is sloped, shingles and wood planks. Our building is a row of townhouses, is about 30 years old and was reshingled in 1998 with a second layer. (Sorry about my ignorance... I found this forum via Google search)

This forum is for metal roofing products, which you apparently do not have. That said, if anyone is going to help you in analyzing the source of your leak, they will need photos taken of the outside of the roof, not from the inside.
