Hello, My H.O.A. recently banned the use of "painted metal roofs" such as Kynar. While they will approve the use of copper (dirty penny or dark patina in color), the cost of copper has skyrocketed. First of all, I do not understand their opposition to pre-painted metal roofs. Many products are available in low gloss and low sheen colors which fit well in any neighborhood. I would love the opportunity to meet with your association regarding thi. Aside from that, there are many products with stone finishes as well as products in other natural metals such as zinc, and various steels.
