What's the best product for an oceanfront home metal roof? Who has the best warranty out there for this application? What are the alternative products if there is not a suitable corrosion resistant product or the cost is out of line for a corrosion resistant product with a decent warranty?

To avoid coastal warranty exclusions, you may need to look at aluminum rather than steel. The price should be a little higher but not a lot. Some of our member metal roofing manufacturers you may want to look at are Classic, ATAS, Petersen, and Firestone. There are probably others as well.
