Looking for opinions on the best shingle style metal roof would be best for diy installation. I’m open to other diy steel options as well. Looking forward to you input.

The installation from one product to the next is actually pretty similar. Most of these panels are four-way interlocking and install direct to the deck along with quality underlayment. Some panels use clips for fastening while others have integrated nail tabs or strips. Some of the aluminum panels offer foam inserts for added walkability to facilitate installation. One of the most time consuming parts of properly installing a metal shingle roof will be the valleys.
