I’m putting a standing seam with 1.75” ribs on my roof. It is a modified hip roof with a pitch change at the point of the hip intersecting the change and the extension of the gable, aka Prow Gable. This is further complicated by my use of perforated metal under the hip ridges to provide above sheathing ventilation. I would like some advice on ways to properly tie the three planes together on my roof. Attached are some photos of the intersection, a plan view of the roof and an example that I pulled off the web. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Three points intersection.pdfWith perf metal.pdfExtended gable.pdfCraig roof and elev.pdfSimilar example.pdf
