Hi.
We are in the process of having our colorbond roof replaced as the result of an insurance claim. The work is not being carried out by roofing contractors but rather some carpenters and their apprentices.
I have concerns about the quality of the work, in particular the fact that the screws in the valley are not straight. Also the valley has a dodgy join and to me the overall look is unsightly.
Having said that am I being too picky. Is this level of work acceptable or should I complain?
Excuse the ridge caps at the top as they have not been replaced yet.

You are not being too picky if you complain about this -- definitely not being done to good standards.
