roofing work acceptable standard?

Contractor & subs did shoddy work, Cut off my sewage vent stach & paneled over top of it. The contractor dodged my inquiry for the panel Mfg. so I couldn't contact them, I assume. I didn't pay him the balance owed & he's suing me. I had Firedex come out & make a report but they said I couldn't use it in court & I can't find another contractor or consultant to do one. The hearing is in two weeks. I plan on using the Firedex report with my photos since it's all I have. Do these photos of the work look professional? the contractor has a commercial roofing company. see the attached photo .PDFPhotos of workmanship.pdf
