I have a few questions regarding the needs of certain items with a metal roof. First, would I need any ventilation without any dead air space? I don’t have an actual attic, I have a house built on trusses with mostly tongue and groove ceilings on cathedral ceilings. Also do I need a vapor barrier with the before mentioned dead air space? I have a ridge vent installed but do not have soffit vents in yet.
