Hi,
I am planning on installing a corrugated panels with a 7/8" rise by 2.67" between corrugations. I live in a high fire risk area and think the foam closures would be susceptible to flying embers. Does anyone know of a premade closure strip made out of wood or metal. If not approx cost to have custom metal strips fabricated? - Charles

I would suggest contacting your roof manufacturer for their suggestions. It would be possible to have these custom made. I would suggest water jet cutting to create the contour.
