I been talking to someone on Facebook market place, the person is selling used Duca loc metal roof, then I went online and found that the company is out of business due law suit? The price is right. As I live in Ontario Canada, seems all the issues were warm climates?

The Dura Loc assets were sold many years ago to Gerard. Gerard has gone through some changes and is now owned by Westlake Unified.

Wendy,
A few points:

the Dura Loc line has been discontinued, so no supporting materials are available
being reused product, no warranty would be available
Gerard bought assets, but not liabilities, from the bankruptcy of Dura Loc, so no warranty would have transferred

I guess in short, buyer be warned that there is a reason why “the price is right”.
