While working on customer's house, one of subcontractors damaged seam on standing seam roof. The dent is very small approx. 1". It did not penetrated metal, it's just dent on surface. We contacted roofing company which installed the roof. They informed us they have to replace several panels as they can't pull single one, they have to start from side of the roof. Is it correct? Is there any other option for repair? Thank you Michal

It all depends upon exactly what type of metal roof it is. But, yes, what they have told you is most likely true.
