Bought the house about a year ago and it is rusting in about 5 sections mostly around the seam. House was built 13 years ago.

Do you have any idea if this is a clip-fastened steel roof or if it is a "nail hem" panel? Regardless, I think you need to track down the manufacturer and get them out for an inspection. Obviously, this isn't normal. Are you on a salt or brackish water coast?
