I have 3 plumbing vents that penetrate right on the joint where 2 panels overlap. (PBR panels.)I plan on putting new EPDM boots on and was wondering if I need to take any additional steps because of the seams. Or just install them as if they were in the center of the panel? When the roof was installed they had used lead jacks sealed on top and they started to leak after a couple years. Thanks

Terry,
Look for a dektite style of boot and make sure the area is well cleaned and prepped.

Nothing special because of the seam? Extra sealant? Thank you.

Just follow the instructions on the boot and they do spec a decent bit of sealant as a default.
