My roof is 9 months old. At first there were a few small areas where a "blue" color spot bled thru the bronze painted roof. Over the past few months the number of spots has increased and each one has grown in size. The contractor says its either normal weathering or may be because a touch up paint didnt stick properly. Can you advise what the probelm / cure might be please so I have a second opinion. I've attached a photo. Its extensive and ugly now. thank you.

This appears to be aerosol spray touch-up paint that was applied without discretion and has now faded to a different color. That said, it is most peculiar how the color seems to match the color on your walls, or perhaps that is reflection.
