We want the beams and old tin roof visible from inside the room. Is there anyway to insulate above the old tin roof? We are also considering a new roof but want to keep the old as a ceiling.

It may be possible but depends so much on the structure ... you really probably need to get an experienced metal person on site to take a look at things. Feel free to send me photos of the situation though if you wish. [email protected]

Amish roofer did not install anunderlayment. Under new metal roof. He said it wasn't nessesary. I paid him. And now I'm in trouble. Any advise. Exposed fastner roof.
No underlayment

Have you contacted the manufacturer of the panel? I would start with them.
