Have metal roof and it’s in good condition.
It just needs to be pressure washed and various bolts tightened.
I am wanting to change the green color to grey.

Repainting will void any warranty remaining on the roof. Repainting normally consists of power washing, spraying on a primer and letting it dry, and spraying on a top coat. There are a couple of different paint chemistries commonly used for this. One would be a latex and the other an air-dry PVDF formulation. The latter is superior but generally nether will perform as well as the original finish. Expect to pay around $3 - 4 per square foot of roof space for quality refinishing.
