I have a storage building that is 16 by 44 it already has a metal roof and I am having a bad condensation problem I've already lost tons of stuff ruined by the condensation how can I stop this!

Without building a new roof system, your best bet is probably to spray the underside of the current roof with closed cell urethane foam. Please keep in mind that your situation is a little unique and not typical of all metal roofs, because of the exact construction that was used. Folks are welcome to email me if they have questions. Lets see a picture, but your best option at fixing it is going to be application of SPF with an approved barrier.
