Is This The New Industry Standard For Metal Roofs

I am a carpenter and my neighbor asked me to come over and take a look at her new Standing Seam mental roof that was installed . She wanted me to see if everything looked okay or if there was some issues. Well after about 30 minutes i wondered if a homeowner had installed this metal roof - it was in fact a roofing company from the area.

Take a look at a few pictures I took and let me know if my concerns to the homeowner were pout of line. Keep in mind The Garage is not vented at ridge line but the house was suppose to be.
The first set of photos are of the garage. There was no butyl tape or sealant used on the foam between the ridge and metal standing seam roof . Rather the secret through ridge cap and the center of the foam and than through the metal roof is all that is holding the in place. As you can see when the wind and rain blows hard the foam comes out from under the ridge cap.

Now as we look as the house I am really concerned - because the house ridge is suppose to be vented. It looks like the same pattern to fasten the garage ridge cap was used on the house. THe house ridge was suppose to be vented. A potential rain storming blowing up the roof - could cause water to enter the void around the foam into the open ridge. Plus all the bottom of the roof panels seams are not uniformly cut - looks terrible . See Second set of photos:
