Hello, I have water dripping along my fascia board when it rains. My roof was just recently installed around 8 weeks ago along with new gutters. I know for a fact in one spot I got up on my ladder to check it out and could see my old shingles sticking out underneath from the metal so they definitely didn't bring the metal down far enough there, and I assume its the same un other spots where I can see water dropping off the backside of the gutter. What sort of solution should I be looking for from my contractor when I finally get him to come back out and look at it? I really would like a permanent solution and not just a bandaid on something that's brand new

It may be as simple as adding an extended drip leg and directing water into the gutters. Raining the gutters may also help. If the water, though, is coming form beneath the metal roof, then that needs to be investigated.
