Can you tell me what is coming up from underneath the sanding seam? Looks like nails? Poking up. My fear is that it may come through. It's located all over.
Any insight would be appreciated

I have no way of knowing for certain but my guess is that is either a fastener head (perhaps from underlayment) or debris on the roof deck which has been stepped on by someone on the roof, making that impression from the back side. In other words, I suspect it is not something trying to "rise" up through the roof panels. I also suspect it will not get any worse. Again, I have no way of knowing for certain though.
